It's Quilting Time

I have been working on the quilt for the girl. She is super duper excited about it! She helped me cut out pieces (well kind of helped) and my mother-in-law tried to keep me on track. We were able to get it all cut out and I started sewing the bigger squares together. My first mental note about quilting is to always have extra fabric for cutting mistakes! I bought 20 fat quarters which is what it requires but I did not anticipate that I would cut something wrong...hahaha! I will post pics of what I have sewn together when I can find the camera. It is lost in a mountain of fabric at the moment!
