YUMMY...blackberry cobbler! We have a blackberry bush right outside our backdoor against our house so we always snacking on blackberries and making yummy desserts with them. This is one I made about 2 days ago using Bisquick instead of flour. Quick and easy!
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 stick butter (softened almost melted)
- 1 1/4 cup Bisquick
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups blackberries (I used about 2 1/2 cups)
Mix 1/4 cup of suger with barries and set aside.
Mix remaining sugar and other ingredients together and pour into a well greased baking dish (9x9 or 9x13). Spoon berry-sugar mixture on top but do not stir. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, about 45-50 minutes. Courtesy of Cooks.com
