I am pretty much a "follow according to recipe" kind of girl except when it comes to chicken spaghetti. I have several different recipes for it that call for crazy things like green peppers, worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs and even celery but I prefer (and so does my family) just plain, jane chicken spaghetti! Also I am not a big fan of Velveeta cheese but this recipe I can handle. So, with that said...here is my version of chicken spaghetti.
3 cooked and diced chicken breast
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can of cream of chicken
1 can of chicken broth
1 can of sliced mushrooms
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 can of sliced black olives
1 lb of Velveeta cheese, diced
1 package of thin spaghetti
I cook my chicken breast in the crock pot for 3 hrs on high and then dice. Cook the spaghetti according to package and set aside in 9x13 baking dish. Heat the soups, broth, and cheese together til creamy then add the black olives, tomatoes, mushrooms and chicken. Incorporate mixture into the spaghetti. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 mins (until bubbly).
